All orders will ship out by Friday of the week they were purchased. For all orders received on Friday we try our best to ship out same-day but cannot make any promises. In that case, orders placed on Friday will ship out the following week. Please note orders that are placed during a week of a statutory holiday will be delayed by a couple of days. All of our original artwork is shipped unframed. This allows us to keep the cost of shipping down. For example, a framed oil canvas usually requires a special crate to be built for shipping to prevent damage to the frame and painting surface. Custom crates start at $500 to build and a frame adds extra weight for shipping. Our drawings and watercolours are specially packaged to ship in a tube or cardboard box. Our oil on linens are rolled up and shipped in an industrial mailing tube. Upon receiving your order, it is best to take it directly to a professional framer to decide on framing options.
